Bien que la levure s\u00e8che n&#8217;ait pas besoin d&#8217;\u00eatre activ\u00e9e, c&#8217;est un moyen simple de v\u00e9rifier que la levure est toujours active. Cela permet aussi de ne pas gaspiller la farine s&#8217;il s&#8217;av\u00e8re qu&#8217;elle ne l&#8217;est pas\u00a0!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Agitez le sachet de levure s\u00e8che dans 340\u00a0ml d&#8217;eau chaude et ajoutez deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez reposer pendant 10\u00a0minutes. Nous en pr\u00e9sentons ici deux\u00a0: la cuisson dans une casserole couverte et la cuisson sur une plaque de cuisson\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si vous disposez d&#8217;une casserole en fonte ou en c\u00e9ramique suffisamment grande avec un couvercle, vous pouvez simuler l&#8217;effet d&#8217;un four \u00e0 pain dans votre maison. Dans ce cas, la premi\u00e8re phase de cuisson se fait avec la casserole couverte pour \u00e9viter que la vapeur ne s&#8217;\u00e9chappe, tandis que la deuxi\u00e8me phase s&#8217;effectue avec la casserole non couverte.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous ne disposez pas d&#8217;une casserole convenable, faites cuire le pain sur une grande plaque de cuisson, en ajoutant un bol d&#8217;eau bouillante au four pendant la premi\u00e8re phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration du four\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9glez la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 220\u00b0C en utilisant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants sup\u00e9rieur et inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous utilisez une casserole couverte, mettez-la aussi au four. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement placer la plaque de cuisson et un bol vide pour l&#8217;eau dans le four.<\/p>\n<p>Le four doit \u00eatre bien pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9, donc laissez chauffer pendant au moins 45\u00a0minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fa\u00e7onnez le pain\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commencez par pr\u00e9parer le r\u00e9cipient qui donnera sa forme au pain. Retirez le bol chauff\u00e9 du four et versez-y l&#8217;eau bouillante.<\/li>\n<li>Placez une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur une planche en bois.
