Si de la levure fra\u00eeche est utilis\u00e9e, \u00e9crasez-la d&#8217;abord dans l&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tBien m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients avec un robot culinaire pour obtenir une p\u00e2te collante. Laisser lever 30 minutes dans un endroit chaud sans courants d&#8217;air.
