Dans un saladier, mettre 550 g de farine, 7 g de levure s\u00e8che, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 bomb\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n<p>2. M\u00e9langer le tout et creuser un puits au milieu du m\u00e9lange.<\/p>\n<p>3. Verser 320 ml de lait, 50 g de beurre fondu et 100 g de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche dans le puits.<\/p>\n<p>4. M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients dans le saladier de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 enlever toute la farine de sa paroi, puis transf\u00e9rer la p\u00e2te sur une surface de travail farin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>5. P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te pendant environ 10 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle devienne souple et lisse. Pour un p\u00e9trissage plus facile nous vous recommandons d&#8217;utiliser un robot m\u00e9nager avec un accessoire de p\u00e9trissage.<\/p>\n<p>6. Couvrir le saladier avec la p\u00e2te p\u00e9trie avec un torchon humide ou un bonnet de douche transparent en plastique.<\/p>\n<p>7. Remplissez une poche \u00e0 douille avec le m\u00e9lange obtenu.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"\" class=\"magazine__title col-12 col-md-8\">Fa\u00e7onnage et cuisson <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-8 magazine__text\">\n    <p>1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>2.
