The tartness of fresh berries and the creamy mascarpone cheese are a perfect match with the soft, flavourful slices of bread.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/old-argeta.cnj.digital\/app\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2021\/11\/pohane-snite-full-7.jpg\" alt=\"Pohane \u0161nite z jagodi\u010devjem\" class=\"wp-image-26074\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"\" class=\"magazine__title col-12 col-md-8\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-8 magazine__text\">\n    <p><strong>French toast:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/2 stale loaf of French bread or 2 stale hot dog buns<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n250 ml milk<br \/>\n2 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cinnamon<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla flavouring<br \/>\n1 pinch salt<br \/>\n1 tbsp butter<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mascarpone cream:<\/strong><br \/>\n200 g mascarpone cheese<br \/>\n2 tbsp powdered sugar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topping:<\/strong><br \/>\nAssorted berries<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"\" class=\"magazine__title col-12 col-md-8\">Preparation:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/old-argeta.cnj.digital\/app\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2021\/11\/postopek.jpg\" alt=\"Rezine namakamo v zmesi\" class=\"wp-image-26076\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-8 magazine__text\">\n    <p><strong>French toast<\/strong><br \/>\n1.\tCut bread into slices about 1.5 cm thick.<br \/>\n2.\tWhisk the eggs and milk in a deep plate.<br \/>\n3.\tAdd sugar, cinnamon, vanilla flavouring and a pinch of salt.<br \/>\n4.\tMix well.<br \/>\n5.\tPlace as many slices as will fit in the mixture.<br \/>\n6.\tAfter 2 minutes of soaking, turn the slices over and let them soak for another 2 minutes.<br \/>\n7.\tAdjust the time depending on how dry the bread is \u2013 if it\u2019s not too dry, soak it for less time.<br \/>\n8.\tMeanwhile, set a medium pan over a medium heat.<br \/>\n9.\tMelt a tablespoon of butter in the heated pan.<br \/>\n10.\tUsing a fork, carefully lift a slice of bread from the plate and let the excess mixture drip off, then place into the pan.<br \/>\n11.\tRepeat the process with all the slices.<br \/>\n12.\tFry 3 to 5 minutes per side over medium heat.
