U posudu istresite 300 g bijelog pirovog bra\u0161na i 200 g polubijelog pirovog bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>2. Dodajte jednu \u017eli\u010dicu soli, dvije \u017elice maslinovog ulja i jednu \u017elicu meda.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ako za pripremu kruha upotrebljavate svje\u017ei kvasac, najprije pripremite kvasac \u2013 25 g udrobite u 100 ml vode i ostavite 15 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ulijte kvasac u posudu, zatim dodajte preostalih 200 ml tople vode.<\/p>\n<p>5. Ako upotrebljavate suhi kvasac, istresite u posudu jednu vre\u0107icu, sve pomije\u0161ajte i dolijte 300 ml tople vode.<\/p>\n<p>6. Sastojke mije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom, a zatim tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu povr\u0161inu i mijesite 15 minuta. Najbolje je upotrijebiti kuhinjski mikser s nastavkom za tijesto.<\/p>\n<p>7. Tijesto stavite u posudu koju \u0107ete pokriti plasti\u010dnom kapom za tu\u0161iranje ili vla\u017enom krpom. Postupak ponovite i na lijevoj i desnoj strani, a na kraju i na dnu.<\/p>\n<p>9.
