U posudu istresite 500 g bra\u0161na i jednu \u017eli\u010dicu soli te dodajte dvije \u017elice maslinovog ulja.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ako za pripremu kruha upotrebljavate svje\u017ei kvasac, najprije pripremite kvasac \u2013 25 g udrobite u 100 ml tople vode i ostavite 15 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ulijte kvasac u posudu, zatim dodajte preostalih 200 \u2013 300 ml tople vode.<\/p>\n<p>4. U svakom slu\u010daju zadnjih 100 ml vode tijekom mije\u0161anja i mije\u0161enja ulijevajte polako i zavr\u0161ite kada tijesto postane elasti\u010dno i ne previ\u0161e ljepljivo.<\/p>\n<p>6. Za taj postupak najbolje je upotrijebiti kuhinjski mikser s nastavkom za tijesto.<\/p>\n<p>7.
