Pripremite predtijesto \u2013 pomije\u0161ajte 50 g kiselog tijesta, 350 g integralnog ra\u017eenog bra\u0161na i 350 ml vode.<\/p>\n<p>2. Namo\u010denu cijelu ra\u017e stavite u lonac vrele vode i kuhajte je 1 sat dok potpuno ne omek\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p>2. Preostalih 700 g predtijesta pomije\u0161ajte s ohla\u0111enom kuhanom ra\u017ei, namo\u010denom grubo mljevenom ra\u017ei, 550 g integralnog ra\u017eenog bra\u0161na, 150 ml vode, 22 g soli i 120 g javorovog sirupa.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sastojke dobro promije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom.<\/p>\n<p>6. Dobro nauljite dva kalupa za kruh duljine 20 i 30 cm.<\/p>\n<p>8. Tijesto podijelite u oba kalupa \u2013 mora biti na malo vi\u0161e od polovice.<\/p>\n<p>9. Kalupe pokrijte prozirnom folijom za namirnice i pustite da se tijesto di\u017ee 3 do 4 sata.<\/p>\n<p>10. Tijesto se ne\u0107e jako pove\u0107ati, ali svejedno se mora malo podi\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>11. Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 150 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>12. Kistom prema\u017eite vrh tijesta vodom.<\/p>\n<p>13. Oba kalupa omotajte u nekoliko slojeva aluminijske folije, a zatim ih stavite u pe\u0107nicu.<\/p>\n<p>14. Nakon sat vremena pe\u010denja smanjite temperaturu na 120 \u00b0C i pecite jo\u0161 13 sati.<\/p>\n<p>15. Nakon pe\u010denja ugasite pe\u0107nicu i ostavite je 1 sat da se kruh u njoj polako ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>16.
