P\u00ebrgatitni brumin paraprak \u2013 p\u00ebrzieni 50 gr brum\u00eb t\u00eb thartuar fillestar, 350 g miell thekre integrale dhe 350 ml uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>2. P\u00ebrzieni pjes\u00ebn e mbetur prej 700 gr brum\u00eb paraprakisht me thekr\u00ebn e gatuar t\u00eb ftohur, thekr\u00ebn e bluar t\u00eb njomur, 550 g miell thekre integrale, 150 ml uj\u00eb, 22 g krip\u00eb dhe 120 g shurup panje.<\/p>\n<p>5. P\u00ebrziejini mir\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsit me nj\u00eb lug\u00eb druri.<\/p>\n<p>6. Mbulojini kall\u00ebpet me qese ushqimore dhe l\u00ebreni brumin t\u00eb vij\u00eb p\u00ebr 3-4 or\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>10. Brumi nuk do t\u00eb fryhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb drastike, por duhet t\u00eb fryhet pak.<\/p>\n<p>11. Ngroheni furr\u00ebn paraprakisht n\u00eb 150\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>12. Lyejeni pjes\u00ebn e sip\u00ebrme t\u00eb brumit me uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>13. Mb\u00ebshtillini t\u00eb dy format me disa shtresa folije alumini dhe m\u00eb pas vendosini n\u00eb furr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>14. Pas 1 ore pjekje e ulim temperatur\u00ebn n\u00eb 120\u00b0C dhe e pjekim edhe 13 or\u00eb t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>15. Pas pjekjes fikeni furr\u00ebn dhe l\u00ebreni p\u00ebr 1 or\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb buka t\u00eb ftohet ngadal\u00eb n\u00eb furr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>16.
