Brokkel 25 g gist in 100 ml warm water en laat dit 15 minuten staan.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tGiet de giststarter in de kom en voeg daarna de resterende 200\u2013300 ml warm water toe.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAls je droge gist gebruikt, doe je gewoon een volledig zakje in de kom, meng je alles door elkaar en giet je er 300\u2013400 ml warm water bij.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/old-argeta.cnj.digital\/app\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2022\/07\/Wholemeal-bread-argeta-7.png\" alt=\"Volkoren brood\" class=\"wp-image-6531\" width=\"600\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-8 magazine__text\">\n    <p>5. Welke gist je ook gebruikt, giet er al roerend en knedend langzaam de laatste 100 ml water bij, en stop zodra het deeg soepel is en niet meer kleeft.<\/p>\n<p>6. Het is het beste om een keukenmachine met een deeghaak te gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>7.
