Doe in een kom 550 g bloem, 7 g droge gist, 2 tl suiker en 1 volle tl zout.<\/p>\n<p>2. Meng dit en maak bovenin een kuiltje.<\/p>\n<p>3. Giet in het kuiltje 320 ml melk, 50 g gesmolten boter en 100 g zure room.<\/p>\n<p>4. Meng de ingredi\u00ebnten tot de bloem van alle kanten van de kom erin verwerkt is en stort het deeg vervolgens naar een met bloem bestrooid oppervlak.<\/p>\n<p>5. Kneed het deeg tot het zacht en soepel is, ongeveer 10 minuten. Om dit makkelijker te maken, kun je het beste een keukenmachine met een deeghaak gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>6. Dek de kom met het geknede deeg met een vochtige doek of plastic douchemuts af.<\/p>\n<p>7. Meng in een kom 3 tl bloem, 1 tl zout en 1-2 el water.<\/p>\n<p>2. Vul een spuitzak met het mengsel.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"\" class=\"magazine__title col-12 col-md-8\">Vorm geven en bakken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-8 magazine__text\">\n    <p>1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. Leg het deeg op een met bloem bestrooid oppervlak en verdeel in 8 ongeveer gelijke delen. Vorm ze eerst tot rollen van gelijke dikte, die je vervolgens in de lengte en breedte halveert. Rol elk deel dun uit in de lengte van de bakplaat.<\/p>\n<p>4. Vorm elk deel tot een lange stengel die je vervolgens op de met bakpapier bedekte bakplaat legt.<\/p>\n<p>5. Leg op deze manier 8 van deze stengels op de bakplaat.<\/p>\n<p>6.
