Verwarm de oven voor op 160\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>2. Meng de honing door het warme water tot deze is opgelost.<\/p>\n<p>3. Roer het meel, de havervlokken, alle pitten en zaden en het zout door het water.<\/p>\n<p>4.
