I mnogo puta, riba se smatra laganom hranom. \u0160to je, u stvari, istina.<\/p>\n<p>Za ovaj \u010dlanak pozvali smo diplomiranu nutricionistkinju Tanju \u010cre\u0161novar iz Slovenije, da nam ka\u017ee vi\u0161e o va\u017enosti riblje prehrane i njenim prednostima. Ona ka\u017ee da &#8220;riba zauzima sve va\u017enije mesto u ljudskoj ishrani, jer ima izvrsnu kombinaciju raznih vitalnih hranljivih sastojaka i mnogih pozitivnih efekata na na\u0161e zdravlje&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Kao hrana koja se lako vari, riba osigurava telu visokokvalitetne proteine, vitamine i minerale. Kombinacija vitamina D, kalcijuma i fosfora u na\u0161em telu \u010dini na\u0161e kosti ja\u010dim. Sadr\u017ee vrlo malo \u0161tetnih ili zasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina i bogate su omega-3 masnim kiselinama, koje na\u0161e telo ne mo\u017ee samo da proizvede, pa ih je potrebno osigurati kroz ishranu. Ove esencijalne masne kiseline klju\u010dne su u gotovo svakom razdoblju \u017eivota, a ve\u0107ina ih se nalazi u ribama.<\/p>\n<p>Na primer, ove masne kiseline uti\u010du na pravilan razvoj fetusa tokom trudno\u0107e, optimalan rast i razvoj u detinjstvu i adolescenciji.
